Chocolate Mug Cake

This chocolate mug cake is made in the microwave for a fudgy, chocolaty treat that is truly decadent.

Ingredients:

• 4 Tbsp Baker's Dream Flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 3 Tbsp sugar

• 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

• Pinch salt

• 3 Tbsp milk

• 3 Tbsp oil

• 1 egg

• A drop of Vanilla essence (optional)

Method:

1. Add all the dry ingredients to the cup, mix well with a fork.

2. Add all the wet ingredients, mix thoroughly to make sure there are no lumps.

3. Add chocolate chips.

4. Place in the microwave on high until cooked. Be sure to watch carefully!
