Yeast-Free Bread Recipe

This easy No Yeast Bread is perfect when you don’t have time for a traditional yeast bread or you don’t have any yeast.
Ingredients:
4 cups Baker's Dream Cake Flour
8 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp White Sugar
2 ¼ cups Milk (Can be replaced with yoghurt or another milk alternative)
¼ cup Oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C for fan oven).
Line a 22cm x 13cm loaf tin.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into the middle.
Mix until everything is fully combined, and pour into the tin. Use a spatula or spoon to smooth the surface.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn the temperature down to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven) and leave the loaf in for a further few minutes.
Remove the loaf and turn it out onto a wire rack to cool.
