Fruit Muffins

Quick, tasty, and perfect for the whole family - Fruit Muffins are the kind of bake that never lasts long at home.
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups Baker's Dream Cake Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Butter, room temperature
2 Eggs
½ cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Milk
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220ºC and add muffin liners to a muffin pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together Baker's Dream Cake Wheat Flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, using a hand mixer or spatula, mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
Add the eggs and mix until combined. Add in the sour cream and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and milk, whisk until combined. Fold in the blueberries.
Add the batter into the liners. Bake for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 180ºC and bake for another 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
