Muffin Tin Pizzas

Transform your kitchen into a pizzeria with these easy and tasty muffin tin pizzas!

Ingredients:

• 1 Pack Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed

• ¼ Cup Pasta Sauce

• 12 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

• Pizza Toppings, of your choice
  

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray your muffin tins with nonstick spray.

2. Cut 12 squares of dough.

3. Place each square inside a muffin tin cavity and press lightly up on the sides. Prick with a fork.

4. Add 1 tsp of sauce on top of each square and 1 Tbsp of cheese and top with the topping of your choice.

5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and sides of the pastry are crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from tin.
