Soft Vanilla and Choc Chip Buns

Soft, fluffy, and made to share 💛
Ingredients:
500g Baker's Dream Cake Wheat Flour
10g Instant Yeast
6 Tbsp Sugar
250ml Milk, warm
80g Butter, melted
2 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
Filling:
85g Butter, softened
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ cup Chocolate Chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, and line a baking dish with baking paper.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, 2 Tbsp sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining sugar, butter, eggs and salt. Mix until combined.
Add the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let it rise until double in size.
Whilst the dough is rising, in a separate bowl, mix together the filling ingredients.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling over the dough.
Add the chocolate chips and roll up the dough tightly.
Slice into 12 rolls and place into the baking dish.
Cover and let it rise until double in size.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
