Baker's Dream Chocolate Chip Marshmellow Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies are the perfect easy bake for sharing at home!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Baker's Dream Cake Wheat Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

  • ⅔ cup Butter, softened

  • ¾ cup Sugar

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Egg

  • ¼ cup Mini Marshmallows, or normal marshmallows

  • ¾ cups Chocolate Chips


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Whisk together Baker's Dream Cake Wheat Flour, baking soda, baking powder.

  3. Whisk together butter and sugars, then add the egg and vanilla extract.

  4. Stir in dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

  5. Scoop the batter onto the lined tray.

  6. Bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Baking Tip: If you are using normal marshmallows, place on top of batter once scooped on the tray.
