Dombolo (Dumplings)

Soft, fluffy dumplings to add to your dish!
Ingredients:
320g Flour
3 ½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
¾ Cup Milk
2 tsp Butter
Method:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Using your hands, mix the butter into the dry ingredients.
Add milk and knead until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 6 - 8 portions. Place them on top of your stew or soup while it's on the stove, cover with a lid, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Best served with stew or soup.
