Dombolo (Dumplings)

Baker's Dream Dombolo Dumplings

Soft, fluffy dumplings to add to your dish!


Ingredients:

  • 320g Flour

  • 3 ½ tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ¾ Cup Milk

  • 2 tsp Butter


Method:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Using your hands, mix the butter into the dry ingredients.

  3. Add milk and knead until a dough forms.

  4. Divide the dough into 6 - 8 portions. Place them on top of your stew or soup while it's on the stove, cover with a lid, and cook for 10-15 minutes.


Tip: Best served with stew or soup.
