Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside - these golden breakfast fritters are a must-try!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Milk
1 Banana, mashed
1 tsp Baking Powder
Oil, for frying
Method:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Heat a pan with oil.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with honey or cinnamon sugar.
