Greek Yoghurt Frosting

A tasty, healthy alternative to icing!
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Greek Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Syrup or Honey
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
In a medium bowl, add yoghurt, syrup and vanilla essence. Whisk to combine
Place in the fridge for 30 - 60 minutes to allow to thicken.
Enjoy it on your cupcakes or cakes!
Tip: This frosting does soften at room temperature, so remember to keep it refrigerated.
