Summer Flatbread

These summer flatbreads are perfect for a side dish or served with fresh garlic and butter.
Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
¼ Cup Flour, for dusting
½ tsp Salt
50g Unsalted Butter
¾ Cup Milk
Method:
Combine the milk and butter in a microwave safe dish. Place in microwave until butter is melted.
In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add butter mixture.
Add flour to a flat counter surface and divide the dough into 6 balls. Roll each one into rounds.
Add each dough round onto a non-stick pan over high heat and cook for 60-90 seconds. Flip and cook the other side for a further 60 seconds.
After removing from pan, stack the flatbread and wrap in a kitchen towel to keep warm and soft.
Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
