Summer Flatbread

Baker's Dream Summer Flatbread Recipe

These summer flatbreads are perfect for a side dish or served with fresh garlic and butter.


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • ¼ Cup Flour, for dusting

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 50g Unsalted Butter

  • ¾ Cup Milk


Method:

  1. Combine the milk and butter in a microwave safe dish. Place in microwave until butter is melted.

  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add butter mixture.

  3. Add flour to a flat counter surface and divide the dough into 6 balls. Roll each one into rounds.

  4. Add each dough round onto a non-stick pan over high heat and cook for 60-90 seconds. Flip and cook the other side for a further 60 seconds.

  5. After removing from pan, stack the flatbread and wrap in a kitchen towel to keep warm and soft.

  6. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
