Veggie Frittata

Baker's Dream Veggie Frittata

One bowl, one tray, endless flavour!


Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Eggs

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • ¼ Cup Milk

  • Oil, for drizzling

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 1 Cup Cheese, grated

  • Any vegetables you would like to add


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and garlic until well combined, this will create your egg mixture

  3. In your cast iron skillet (or oven-safe dish), add oil and fry your onion and other vegetables until soft and tender. Add in the egg mixture evenly and sprinkle over the cheese.

  4. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
