Sweetcorn Fritters

Golden, crispy and packed with flavour - sweetcorn fritters are the ultimate anytime snack.
Ingredients:
100g Baker's Dream Cake Flour
Oil, for frying
1 tsp Baking Powder
150ml Milk
1 Egg
140g Sweetcorn
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method:
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and Baker’s Dream Cake Flour.
Stir in the sweetcorn and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and fry for 1 - 2 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Serve them hot with a little atchar or dip for that extra kick.
